Welcome to Oblique Strategies PRO Cards ("the App"), a mobile application that provides creative strategy prompts inspired by lateral thinking techniques. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. How the App Works

Oblique Strategies PRO Cards provides over 200 creative strategy cards across five historical editions. The App includes features such as customizable themes, favorites, daily notifications, widgets, and companion watch apps. All content is delivered locally on your device.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features, including:

• Access to the full collection of 200+ strategy cards
• Premium themes and custom color picker
• Favorites and draw history
• Card notifications

Subscription options include weekly, monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and annual plans. Prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Intellectual Property

The creative strategy prompts included in the App are inspired by the Oblique Strategies concept originally created by Brian Eno and Peter Schmidt. The App's design, code, themes, and other original content are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content without prior written permission.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Redistribute or republish the App's content in bulk

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The App collects minimal data necessary for its operation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how your data is handled.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
