Terms of Use for Nonogram Zen

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Nonogram Zen mobile application (the "App") operated by Pairwise Tech ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or servers

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

Accounts and Data

The App may create anonymous identifiers to manage your experience. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not liable for any loss of progress or data resulting from device loss, app uninstallation, or technical issues.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer subscription plans and in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the platform store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to that store's terms and policies. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details are

presented at the time of purchase. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's store settings.

Refunds are handled by the respective platform store in accordance with their refund policies.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to puzzles, graphics, text, designs, and software, is the property of Pairwise Tech or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or

create derivative works from any App content without our prior written consent.
